Analytics and session replay
Last updated:
This notice explains only cookieless analytics on the public website and member account, and account session replay that starts only after your explicit consent.
Who controls the data
The controller is Tomaž Eržen, Teci zase running group, Ivančna Gorica. For questions or to exercise your rights, email:
Cookieless analytics before consent
On the public website and in the member account, we measure visits and use of core functions to understand which parts are useful and where people encounter navigation problems.
- We record page views and page leaves, language, surface type, technical browser or device information, and a limited set of named events such as viewing a section, choosing a call to action, and responding to the replay invitation.
- We do not send names, email addresses, contact details, form contents, URL queries or fragments, training plans, workout or health data, feedback, registrations, or private messages.
- We use no cookies or persistent browser storage and create no person profiles. PostHog uses the IP address only to create a privacy-preserving hash, then removes it before storage.
The legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: improving the clarity, navigation, and reliability of the website with the minimum necessary data. You may object at any time by email.
Analytics events are retained for no more than 12 months.
Member-account session replay
In the member account, you can voluntarily allow session replay so the coach can understand a reported navigation problem and help you more quickly.
- A replay may contain clicks, navigation, interface layout, and a sanitized initial page address.
- All inputs and element attributes are hidden. Names, contact details, training plans, workouts, registrations, feedback, and private messages are blocked; console logs, canvases, network contents, and cross-origin frames are not recorded.
- The replay uses an internal pseudonymous member identifier, never a name or email address, and is not linked to earlier anonymous analytics events.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusing has no effect on use of the account.
Session replays are retained for no more than 30 days.
You can withdraw consent just as easily at any time in the member account by choosing “Stop future recordings”. Withdrawal stops future recording and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. To delete replays already created, email the controller.
Provider and hosting
We use PostHog Cloud EU for analytics and session replay. Data for this project is hosted in the EU region, and analytics traffic is routed through Cloudflare as PostHog's published subprocessor. PostHog's legal documents describe its subprocessors and safeguards.
